"EventCraft", "we", "our", and "us" refer to EventCraft Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14738291. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or organisation accessing our website or engaging our services. "Services" refers to the event management, consulting, design, and coordination services provided by EventCraft.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website at eventcraft.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should cease using the website immediately.
3. Services
EventCraft provides event management, design, coordination, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties before work commences. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.
4. Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. All proposals provided by EventCraft are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only upon your written acceptance of our proposal and payment of the agreed deposit.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total project fee is required to confirm your booking and commence planning. The remaining balance is payable according to the schedule outlined in your project contract. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
6. Cancellation by the Client
Should you need to cancel a confirmed event, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 90 days before the event: deposit is forfeited
- 60 to 90 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is payable
- Less than 60 days before the event: 100% of the total fee is payable
These charges reflect the commitments we make to venues, suppliers, and staff on your behalf. Cancellation must be communicated in writing.
7. Cancellation by EventCraft
We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw from a project if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it impossible or impractical to deliver the agreed services. In such cases, we will refund any fees paid for services not yet rendered.
8. Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, designs, mood boards, presentations, and other materials produced by EventCraft remain our intellectual property until the project is paid in full. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for the specific event they were created for.
9. Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the success of your event, EventCraft shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: adverse weather, venue cancellations by the venue operator, supplier insolvency, transport disruptions, or public health restrictions. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement.

11. Governing Law
